We are commanded by the Lord to "Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem." Psalm 122:1-9

1. I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

2. Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.

3. Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:

4. Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.

5. For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.

6. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

7. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.

8. For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

9. Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.

Our Lord God chose Jerusalem, as the City to place His Name there, "But I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there; and have chosen David to be over my people Israel." II Chronicles 6:6

"If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. If I do not remember thee (Jerusalem), let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy." Psalm 137: 5-6

Jesus Christ is God who He said He is. He is our promised Redeemer and the King of Kings. He is our loving Savior, our faithful Shepherd and our sovereign King! Through the cross, He brought us into an eternal and loving relationship with Himself that will last forever.

"For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."  ~ Romans 10:13

How You Can Know God's Love:

"There is a God in Heaven who loves you as you are and not as you should be."

Yes... you are right... there is a God. You know that must be true. The heart of the human being longs for God, and logic demands divine existence.

While everyone believes God is... most sense separation from God. We know God must be holy and good. We see ourselves as unholy and not good. We conclude that God is angry with us and we cannot know Him.

Good News! This Testament of God's love is His Word to tell us that He loves us as we are. That love will save us from our sin and make us what we should be as God's children.

John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."

We hear Jesus say, "God so loved the world." God's love has no limitations. He loves "so". More than we can imagine. He loves everyone - not just some ones.

Romans 5:8 tells us that God loved us so that "when we were in our sin Christ Jesus came to die for us."

Romans 3:23
"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,"

This verse tells us that all people have sinned. We have fallen short of God's intended purpose for us. God made us to know Him.... to receive His love and to love him in return. 

For love to be love... for God to be God... and for humans to be humans.... God gave us a choice. We can choose to love ourselves and turn to our selfish pursuits. That is sin. In our sin we cannot know God and His love. The result of sin is that we are lost... separated from God.

Romans 6:23
"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Wages are just payment... due reward... what one has coming because of labor. The just payment for our sin is death.

Death here means spiritual insensitivity. When we are still in our sin, we have no life with God. We are alive physically but dead spiritually. If we continue in that condition, we will be separated from God for all eternity.

The wages of sin is death. but God's free gift is eternal life. While wages are earned, a gift is offered... no strings attached. God says He will give us eternal life - life with Him - in the place of sin's payment of death.

How can God remain true to His holiness and forgive unholy sinners? Because Jesus, His Son, has paid the price for sin by His death on the cross.

Second Corinthians 5:21 says, "He who knew no sin became sin for us, that we may be made the righteousness of God through Him."

Jesus arose from the grave to conquer sin and death for all who receive Him as God's free gift.

How can you receive God's free gift of love and life?

Romans 10: 9-10
"that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation."

A person receives God's free gift of love and life by placing faith in Jesus Christ. To believe is simply to take God at His word. With our heart (whole believing) we believe that Jesus is God's Son who died for our sin on the cross and arose from the grave to live in us as Savior and Lord.

To believe in Jesus will result in confessing that faith with one's mouth.

Do you acknowledge that your are a sinner?

Do you believe by faith that Jesus, God's Son, died for your sin on the cross?

Will you now confess Him as your Savior and Lord?

Romans 10:13
"for Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."

This verse says that any person who will call upon the name of Jesus, the Lord, shall be saved. 

To call means simply to ask in prayer. The verse does not require one to know more... do better... clean up one's life... or in any way try to add to what Jesus has done for us.

Will you now call upon Jesus to save you from your sin so that you can know God's love and forgiveness?

Pray like this: "Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner, and I am sorry. I need a Savior. I know I cannot save myself. I believe by faith that Jesus, your Son, died on the cross to be my Savior. I believe He arose from the grave to live as my Lord. I turn from my sin. I ask You, Lord Jesus, to forgive my sin and come into my heart. I trust you as my Savior and receive you as my Lord. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me."

When anyone calls on the Lord in this manner, that one is saved according to God's Word. If you pray a prayer of repentance and faith, you are saved. You have God's word on it.

If you have prayed this prayer to receive Christ as your Lord and Savior, why not record your decision to follow Jesus as follows. Often times, a good place to write this would be inside the cover of your bible:

Believing by faith that God loves me and sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for my sin and arise from the grave to live in me, I, _______, do this day, ________, repent of my sin and accept Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. According to the promise of God in Romans 10:13, I have called upon His name and have His word for the assurance of my salvation.

With the recent revelations and disappointments of Marcus Lamb at Daystar Television Network, we ask that you no longer send tithes and offerings to Daystar. 

However, we need to continue to tithe and bring offerings to the Lord, but only those churches and "Christian" organizations that are worthy (not hypocrites) to receive them!

The church is SICK of the televangelists like Marcus Lamb that USE and ABUSE God's word and position that HE has allowed them to have, only to line their pockets and bank accounts, and commit adultery, or betray their wives (or husbands) and children with egregious sins that are not only outrageous, but prove they are not capable of holding the office they are in.  And why it is now time for the Lambs to go.

Please prayerfully consider "bypassing" any gifts of money that you might send to Daystar Television Network.  That is, until such time that Marcus Lamb and Joni Lamb are replaced at Daystar with someone like Franklin Graham (Samaritan's Purse).

There are plenty of "Christian" organizations (some listed below on our website) that need your tithes and finances!

Please do not forget your own church where you worship at!  Maybe now is the time that you "doubly" bless your own church with your tithes and offerings, instead of sending them to Daystar Television Network?

The Lamb's can no longer effectively lead the Daystar Television Network.  With the recent revelations by Marcus Lamb and Joni Lamb, about HIS his unfaithfulness with an employee at Daystar. How devastating. What a betrayal. Not only has he lost the trust of his wife in their marriage, he has lost the trust of the flock. They both need to resign from Daystar Television Network, and try and salvage their marriage, and appoint new leadership at Daystar. We are in the last days, there is no time for Daystar to lose focus or for the church, or Daystar, to take its eyes off the prize.

The "Mission" for any Christian organization, like Daystar, first and foremost, needs to be winning souls to Christ, and to "seek ye first the the kingdom of God!"

We all have sympathy for sinners - that they repent and be baptized, or are restored to the Lord.  The Lamb's had a huge responsibility first and foremost to the Lord and the Lord's "Great Commission."  This huge betrayal by Marcus Lamb is not only a betrayal to his marriage, wife, family and children, but also a betrayal to all Christians everywhere.  Do we constantly need to be reminded of what happens when televangelists, like Jimmy Swaggart, Jim Jones, Jim Baker, John Hagee, or Paul Crouch use their positions and "trust" to "preach the Gospel to every creature" on Sunday mornings, yet forget about the Lord and their responsibilities the other 6 days of the week?

The Lamb's personal ministries and testimonies, at the height of the storm, are tainted and minimized, like the other fallen televangelists before them.  Marcus and Joni Lamb are the "heads" of a multi-national Christian television network. Again,  we are in the last days, there is no time for Daystar to lose focus or take its eyes off the prize.

We all are especially sympathetic to Joni Lamb.  Even the Webmaster of this site was betrayed by his own spouse, for the last 2 years of his marriage, whose spouse was engaged in adultery - at her place of employment (unbeknownst to him) with the President of the company she worked at. There is no betrayal worse than adultery by a spouse.

We are all reminded to "love the sinner but hate the sin" as well as the following Bible verses; 

Matthew 7, 1-5: "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull the mote out of thine eye; and behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast the mote out of thy brother's eye."

and in;

John 8 verse 7:  So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

The Lamb's, both of them, but more Marcus than Joni, have abused the sacred trust the Lord has placed in them to run the Daystar Television Network.  His testimony is tainted and poisoned.  Probably for a very long time.  

Daystar Television Network is the Lord's work and not the Lambs.  

Daystar Television Network is much bigger than Marcus or Joni.

We would like to see Franklin Graham - Rev. Billy Graham's son, and the leader of Samaritan's Purse, take the helm at Daystar.

Please pray for healing for Marcus Lamb, Joni Lamb, their marriage and family, and that Daystar Television Network find new leadership that "seeks first His kingdom."

Also, during this time, please remember your church as well as the Christian organizations (listed below) that need regular tithes and financial support..... and whose leaders that do not take advantage of their leadership roles by engaging in immoral, "improper" or adulterous relationships.
